Kurt Angle kicks off TNA with an in-ring promo discussing Sting. He says Sting violated the code for the Main Event Mafia by putting himself first before the family. Angle demands Jeff Jarrett to allow the empty arena match between him and Sting, and then leaves the ring.

Notes: Empty Arena Match. Interesting. Is it really a match if there is not one to cheer?

• Tag Team Street Fight: The Motor City Machineguns defeat Lethal Consequences.

Jeff Jarrett allowed the empty arena match between Kurt Angle and TNA Champion Sting.
Cut to the Main Event Mafia (minus Sting) talking Kurt out of this particular match. Booker T leaves and is at the end of a butt kicking with his wife screaming at the top of her lungs.

The TNA Tag Team Champions Beer Money, Inc. come out into the middle of the ring to issue an open challenge. The stipulation of this open challenge is that the man pinned must leave TNA for good.

Notes: I'm guessing that this open challenge is something similar to what the WWE had done to the hardcore title…the 24/7 stipulation. At least that is what it sounded to me. Anytime. Anywhere….sounds interesting to me!

• Shane Sewell & LAX defeat Matt Morgan, Sheik Abdul Bashir, & Brutus Magnus. Sewell pins Bashir.
  
• Taylor Wilde (accompanied by Roxxi & Governor Palin) defeat Angelina Love (accompanied by Velvet Sky & Cute Kip).
  
  
  

  Notes: Aggghhhh! That Governor Palin impersonation is absolutely terrible! I don't know why TNA is doing this and what purpose it serves for the Knockouts.
  

  
  

  Overall, great match! Love Taylor Wilde! She is probably my second favorite Knockout…ODB being my first favorite!

  Notes: I guess this is no surprise that he would be the one to get pinned, considering that the news of him leaving had leaked. Goodbye Petey! You will be missed.

  Notes: This was an exciting match and so far I am enjoying this storyline between Kurt and Sting. The crowd is led into a room with a monitor screening the match. Kurt Angle and Sting made their way out to the ring with theme music. Why theme music when no one is there? They fought all over the arena. Kurt and Sting come to a stand still. Sting holds up a chair, about to hit Kurt. Kurt yells out he is sorry, repeatedly. Scott Steiner and Kevin Nash come out to get in between the two. Sting shakes Kurt's hand, then Kurt spits in his face. (ooooooo!) Another brawl ensues and the MEM with security guards try to break them up.

Impact Highlights:
During the Knockout match, Samoa Joe searches for Sting in the rafters. Sure, Sting is hiding out with all of the other nerds with a hotdog in one hand and slurpy in the other.
At the end of the show, Joe yells for Sting in the rafters. He discovers a crow (and not a bat, LoL) and started to yell "Sssttiiiiiiiiiiiiiinggggg!" Does it remind you of anything….”Khhhhaaaaaaaaaannnnn!!!!!” LoL.

Awesome Kong and Raisha Saeed (as a muslim chick, I’m not offended, but does she really have to be all covered up?) came into have a little piece of Gail Kim and Taylor Wilde. Basically, Awesome Kong kicked both of their asses. She hits the Awesome Bombs on Kim and Wilde. ODB walks to the ring w/ some “liquid courage” and stares into Kong's eyes. How romantic!

Team 3D and Beer Money are backstage being interviewed by the Borash. Brother Ray declares that Beer Money (now Beer Money Inc.) were "scum bags” just like them. He says that Jacqueline has little scum bag in her, too….Hey Brother Ray, lay off the girl okay. Apparently Team 3D will team up with Beer Money in an eight man tag match against LAX and Christian Cage and Rhino. Brother Ray kept talking and said they were going to send LAX back to Taco Bell. So you pick on the woman and now you’re going after the LAX with a Taco Bell reference…please refrain from the racial stuff.

Booker T and Samoa Joe stand in the middle of the steel cage with various weapons hanging up in the cage.
Joe attacked Booker with the weapon he brought to the ring and Kevin Nash locks the cage door. That wasn’t a very wise move because a baseball bat was lowered from the ceiling and Booker T strikes Joe with it. I know the bat was symbolic of Sting’s presence, but there are dozens of other weapons inside the ring. Was the bat really necessary?

For whatever reason, A.J. Styles comes out and into the cage and yells from atop of his lungs. Styles wants to know what has been happening with Sting. "How come your bat keeps knocking Samoa Joe out?" Gee…I don’t know…What the hell is your problem Styles?
Styles says something to the effect of Sting being a coward which pisses off a certain someone because the lights go out. When they come back on, guess what…it isn’t a bat….it’s Kurt Angle standing behind Styles. Kurt puts the Olympic Slam on poor A.J. and yells to him "If you want to face my wife, you face the consequences." Ooooo….you better listen to him A.J.

This weeks TNA Impact opened with Samoa Joe and Kevin Nash entering into the ring surrounded by six sides of steel. Samoa Joe proposed a Steel Cage match against Booker T at Hard Justice at which the TNA Heavyweight Champion himself (along with his lovely gal Sharmell) responded by proposeing tables and ladders added to the mix. Although Booker had the contract with him, (for whatever reason) there would be a contract signing later on in the show.
Getting ready for their five table elimination match backstage, Christian Cage, A.J. Styles, and Rhino discussed reasons why Sting turned on Samoa Joe. More conversation about Sting from Team 3D and Kurt Angle. Jeremy Borash interviewed them in a funny segment. Ray has discussed some theories about Santa Claus, O.J. Simpson (He seems to think that O.J. is innocent…..yeahhhhh….okayyy sure) and then Sting.
Lauren interviews The Motor City Machine Guns who gave a great promo in which Sabin called Beer Money quite a few bad names (Sticks and stones may break your bones, but names will never hurt. Dammit, Sabin don’t you know that!) like a chubby cowboy and stock market prick with a ponytail. (I’m not too sure what he has against stock brokers) They talked about the city of Detroit and blah blah blah….
Note: A little bit of S&M going on in TNA. Shelley tied Storm around the ringpost and whipped him. I guess Storm has been a bad bad boy. (Hide the children, LoL)
A funny segment from Socal Val and Sonjay in a hospital toom. Jeremey was the interviewer. Val said she did not watch the replay of last week claiming that she hates violence (how ironic). Sonjay claimed that he was in a coma for three days whilst thinking of Val (how romantic). Jeremy grilled Val asking her how Sonjay could be thinking whilst in a coma. (Now that is some hard hitting journalism)
Finally the moment we have been waiting for….the contract signing. Booker T, Sharmell, Samoa Joe, and Kevin Nash are in the middle of the ring. “I see I have my wife here with me and you have your…” Booker said (or something to that effect) before stopping and looking at Nash. Booker told Joe to get rid of his “punkass” friend and. Joe retorted that Sharmell should leave the ring as well. Booker kissed Sharmell. (Aww!) He dissed Joe and told he could do the same. (Damn!) Joe said (something to the effect of), “I would, but I heard your wife was not a good kisser.” (HaHa)
They both signed the contract. The lights went out (Gee, I wonder what that could mean). When the lights came back on, Poor Somoa Joe was laid out with Booker holding Sting’s baseball bat.
